The Gnat is gone, and Ryan is in Control

And then there were 4. Ryan wins HOH on a true/false competition. The competition sends the house into a mental whirlwind because it was revealed that there is a pre-existing relationship in the house! Little do they know that the relationship is the guinea pigs! They are scrambling around trying to figure out who knows who.

So Ryan is in the final 3, who will join him?

I think it would be harsh to get rid of Adam or Sheila at this point in the game as they have played the game well - Adam knows more than he lets on and Sheila got rid of Natalie (legend!!) Sharon to go, her voice really annoys me!!
